Employment Dispute: A 10-year federal agency employee was placed on administrative leave pending his employer’s investigation about alleged false statements provided by him during an in-office investigation.

He was scheduled for a hearing to show why his employment should not be terminated and he contacted our law office. We obtained and reviewed copies of his investigation statements, his employer’s charges and prepared him for the hearing. We accompanied him to his hearing where we successfully prevented his job termination.
