E Visa Petition: A German businessman and his family wanted to move to the U.S. but did not have any immediate relatives that could petition for them to immigrate here.

We counseled and guided our client as he closed his overseas business operation, liquidated and transferred his assets, and purchased a new business venture in California. We then successfully petitioned for an E visa based on his investment here, and his wife and children were able to join him here.
